Easter Seals Disability Services

Independence Level  $25,000 and up

• Will afford 2,700 hours of one-on-one support so people with disabilities can live independently.
• Will purchase enough food for 30 children in our Stepping Stones Childcare Center for one year.
• Will purchase annual insurance for the fleet of vans that transport our 53 residents in group homes.

Empowerment Level  $10,000 - $24,999

• Will afford 5 people with disabilities training for one year so they will be empowered to secure employment. 
• Will purchase all the necessities for 100 people to participate in the Special Olympics games.
• Will allow at-risk families to continue to receive free developmental assessments for one year.

Opportunity Level  $5,000 - $9,999

• Will provide the opportunity for day trips for Personal Development Center participants with severe disabilities.
• Will allow one family to receive weekly Healthy Families training and support for three months.
• Will allow one family to receive five hours a week of respite services in the Broadway Home for one year. 

Dignity Level  $2,500 - $4,999

• Will allow one student to receive a communication device so (s)he can talk with dignity.
• Will purchase tools needed to maintain paid work in the Affirmative Employment area.
• Will purchase learning software for the Stepping Stones Childcare Center.

Ability Level  $1,000 - $2,499

• Will purchase supplies for the clients on our cleaning crew.
• Will give parents the ability to travel out of state and stay during their sibling's medical procedure.
• Will cover portions of the transportation costs for visits to the Medicaid Waiver apartment homes.
